The most outrageous judges or judicial decisions aren't those like these where somebody just loses their temper. They are the cases where the judge makes either bias or stupid decisions over and over throughout a case rendering a completely unjust and insane conclusion to a case. A great example of this is illustrated watching the trials, and I mean repeated trials against defendants after the Bundy ranch protest. Defendants with no criminal record held in jail for 2 years waiting for their multiple trials which resulted from protesting. Defendants denied witnesses after the government trailed out dozens of witnesses that weren't even there. A judge that would not allow defendants to testify about why they were there and what they were doing. Basically a judge that was for the most part just an additional prosecutor in the courtroom. Following those trials forever changed my view of the justice, or Injustice system in America.

CDC Numbers 2019-2020 flu season - 38,000,000 cases 2020-2021 flu season - 1,822 cases We DO NOT have flu seasons with less than 25,000,000 cases, it's just not physically possible. No one wonders how this is possible and no one even cares...... Our society truly has become FULL ON sheep, not only will they not ask questions, they don't even care. I'm willing to bet at least 65% of Covid "cases" were the seasonal flu. I'm not saying Covid 19 doesn't exist, I'm pretty sure it does. But we are shutting down our country and destroying our economy for NOTHING. Covid numbers are HIGHLY, HIGHLY inflated, just like hundreds of health care professionals have been saying for 11 straight months, but no one listens or gives them airtime on the media outlets. I actually applaud the judge for wanting to continue regular court cases, but she definitely should have sent out notices letting everyone know that the proceedings would continue as normal.

The one of the woman with the DUI that got dismissed by the judge, That's exactly what should happen in our judicial system! The sad thing is, the cop didn't even need to lie, but the judicial system set up, if they lie to try to put us in cuffs or prison, jail, whatever, it should be dismissed! That's what makes America great! Nice to see that there's actually a judge that will stand up for the system, he joined! Like a never before seen act, without news, outside influence to overturn it!

I feel like any public official/servants like a judge or police officer found to guilty of breaking the law should automatically receive the maximum sentence with no leniency. Also how does that prosecutor say no he didn't lie when the cop obviously did, there should be a separate set of prosecutors who's sole job is to prosecute public officials/servants because how do you expect these prosecutors to prosecute what is essentially their coworker with no bias...

@Jake bird Yeah it probably varies a little from state to state but 1st offense is usually about 7 days in jail, 2nd about 30 days, and 3rd about 90 days. Of course the time served is a fraction of what the person is actually sentenced to. All that is obviously without any aggravating circumstances. I got 1 DUI about 20 years ago and that was enough for me lol. I spent 5 days in jail. I honestly think the punishment should be way more serious and I count myself lucky that I didn't hurt or kill anyone. Don't think I could live with something like that.
